Can you offer advice on what to order?

We would love to help you choose your perfect product. If you are not sure which product is best suited for you, please send us an email.

How do I pay?

If you are placing an online order, you are welcome to use our secure payment gateway and pay by Instant Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card.

For orders placed by email, phone, Whatsapp or Facebook, we will email you an invoice and you are welcome to pay by EFT.

Orders over R500 - Free

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries to main cities take 1-3 working days. All other deliveries take between 1- 5 working days.

I am not at home and can't receive parcels at work. Can I collect my order?

You are more than welcome to collect your parcel from our premises. Alternatively, choose our Postnet to Postnet option that will allow you to collect your parcel at your nearest Postnet whenever it suits you best.

Do you supply any salons/stores near me?

Please let us know where you live by contacting us and we will gladly assist you. Alternatively have a look at our stockists page.

How can I become a stockist?

We would love to hear from you. Please send us an email.

Can you help me with gifting products for an event?

We would love to. Please contact us to enquire about gifting for an event, wedding or special occasion.

I want a product but am allergic to one or more of the ingredients.

Don't stress. Contact us and we will formulate the product for you with ingredients that your skin will love.
